چکیده
konjenital varyasyonudur. Gaga fleklindeki bu ç›k›nt› humerus’un anteromedial yüzünden, epicondylus medialis’in yaklafl›k 5 cm yukar›s›ndan ç›kar ve epicondylus medialis’e do¤ru, öne-içe-afla¤›ya do¤ru uzan›r. Bu ç›k›nt›n›n ucunda fibröz bir ligament uzanabilir. Bu ligament processus supracondylaris’i epicondylus medialis’e ba¤lar. Processus supracondylaris ve beraberindeki ligament ilk olarak Tiedemann (1822) taraf›ndan bildirilmifl, daha sonra ayr›nt› olarak Struthers taraf›ndan tarif edilerek Struthers ligamenti ad›n› alm›flt›r (1). Processus supracondylaris genellikle Struthers ligamenti ile birlikte bulunur, ama bu kural de¤ildir, Struthers ligamenti kemik ç›k›nt›n›n bulunmad›¤› olgularda da bildirilmifltir (2).
